Return and Exchange Policies

  • Swimwear Boutique values your satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 30 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
  • Returns, other than sales merchandise, received in our office within 30 days of the shipment date will be refunded, less shipping charges, to the credit card used in the original purchase.
  • Only Exchanges and Store Credits will be issued on Sale and Clearance Items
  • Credits are generally issued within approximately 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Returns received in our office after 30 days from the shipment date will receive a store credit, subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
  • Returned apparel must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition; which includes protective shields on swimsuit bottoms, items properly folded with all tags in place.
  • Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.
  • Returns for Exchange received in our office within 30 days of the shipment date will be fully credited toward the Exchange purchase. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser if the Exchange is to be shipped Ground. If Express Shipping is desired, then appropriate shipping amounts will be charged.
  • Returns for Exchange received in our office after 30 days of the shipment date will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The remaining amount will be credited toward the Exchange purchase. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser if the Exchange is to be shipped Ground. If Express Shipping is desired, then appropriate shipping amounts will be charged.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.

Return and Exchange Procedures

  • Please fill out the Return and Exchange Form, which is included in your shipment. Enclose the form, along with the Original Sales Receipt and apparel, in the same package that you received.
  • Affix the return label, which was included in your shipment, to the outside of the package.
  • Ship your package prepaid. For your protection, will recommend that you obtain insurance.

Credit to Your Account

  • If your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card, your credit will be issued to the same card.

  • If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will charge your credit card for the difference.
